Bottom Line
This is an app for meeting people near you. It's a well-intentioned app, but the developers have asked for a 12+ rating, making it a very dangerous app for sure. As we have seen with apps like MeetMe, allowing minors to meet strangers near them is often a recipe for child sexual assault.
